The layout is essentially a linear design with staging yards at either end. The staging yard at the east end also doubles as Proctor, BC. The west end staging yard is a 12 foot long 5 track module that has been relocated along the mainline as we continue to extend the mainline from the current location where Fife, BC will be in the future.

There are currently branch lines for the CPR Slocan Subdivision, the Rossland Subdivision, and for the Great Northern 5th Subdivision. Future branch lines will include the CPR Phoenix Subdivision, and the GN Republic Branch connection at Grand Forks.
